Sweet tomatoes, spicy onions and salty salmon is bound to hit many of your tastebuds. A cabbage dill salmon plate in the morning will have you smooth running until lunchtime!
This breakfast will not only help boost your brain power for the afternoon, but will also contains anti-inflammatory and antidepressant properties due to the cruciferous vegetable, cabbage!⠀

The cabbage part of this breakfast is also great for lunches cold so double, triple batch the ingredients.

Preheat oven to 180c. Bake salmon with goats butter and a sprinkle of sea salt for 12 minutes, flipping half way.⠀
Fry the white onion and cabbage in goats butter and dill seed oil for 9 minutes.
In a smaller saucepan fry 1 free range egg for 3 minutes.
In the last 2 minutes bake the tomatoes in the oven.⠀
Serve altogether with ground pumpkin seeds and seaweed.
