Spinach and kale are key ingredients in this drink. You want biiig handfuls of the stuff! Your body will thank you for it. Rich in vitamin A and K, spinach will help to improve the quality of your skin and help maintain your healthy bones. Mixing up the greens with kale promotes heart health whilst aiding digestion, winner!
Add lemon for a burst of Vitamin C, Spirulina for it’s potent anti-oxidants, pea protein for wellll protein, flax for some hormone support and fine sea salt to help bring out the sweetness of the maple syrup.
You don’t have to add all of these ingredients. If you do though you’ve got yourself a pretty powerful drink, which will support multiple systems in your body and offers a beautifully balanced taste.
