Your Healthy Gut Reset is a 3 month Personalised 1-2-1 Health Coaching & Kitchen Programme created by myself, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Chef and Nutrition Adviser. 

I carefully listen, guide and empower you as well as provide ongoing support and accountability, as you set goals and integrate sustainable shifts to improve your digestive health and happiness.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, which means we look at how all areas of your life are connected, like your relationships, career, physical move and sleep whilst digging deep to discover your root causes. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I’ve worked with my clients to achieve the below results.

This programme sets you up with the foundation and tools to help you understand, manage and restore digestive health, relieve stress and rebalance your lifestyle.

1:1 support
This includes 9 private 1-2-1 coaching sessions in-person, on video calls (zoom/ facetime/ skype) or over the phone:

  • 1 x 1 hour initial consultation
  • 4 x 30 minute coaching session (for the first 4 weeks)
  • 3 x 1 hour coaching session + 1 hour final session (meeting every 2 weeks)

With me as your trusty guide on the side, 3 months is an ideal time frame to set and achieve health goals through small consistent steps and building upon each session. This will support you in building your self-confidence and developing long lasting habits to help transform your life for the better!

Total cost - £540 or 3 monthly installments of £180.

This extended programme is exclusive to those who've completed Your Healthy Gut Reset and are looking to...

  • have support deeply focusing on specific areas of concern, several goals and/or big goals
  • enjoy a slower and more relaxed pace due to an ultra-busy lifestyle and wants continued support
  • have a maintenance programme with my support and particular services

We continue to delve into and enhance upon what you have learnt and integrated, which have worked for you and improved your health.

We'll follow current and new directions, whilst setting health goals, recommendations and actionable steps for the next 3 months. We carry on integrating small consistent steps, building upon your unique plan.

1:1 support

This includes 6 private 1-2-1 coaching sessions on video calls (zoom/ facetime/ skype) or over the phone, meeting every two weeks.

  • 5 x 1 hour coaching sessions
  • 1 x 1 hour final session

An additional 3 months is favourable amount of time to establish lifelong habits and behaviours to help positively transform your digestive health, manage stress and create a long term sustainable happy lifestyle!

HOW THE COACHING PROCESS WORKS...

1.

FREE Health Consultation

Our beginning discussion is key so I can get to know what’s going on for you, so I can share how I can possibly help and point you in the best direction. I listen intently to where you are now and where you want to be, and share with you how I can support you best to achieve your health goals and create the life you want.

Before initial Consultation

If you see us as a great fit, we next discuss and arrange your schedule including all of your session dates and times.

You’ll then receive a shared link to your personal Online Google Drive, containing your Welcome Pack. This includes your Welcome Letter, Programme Agreement, Schedule and a journaling exercise, to get the ball rolling right away!

A Health History form will also need to be completed by you, which will review your current eating habits, lifestyle practices and health goals.

On completion of this your Productivity Planner will be sent and we’ll get you signed up to the Personalised Online Cookbook.

3.

Initial Consultation

Together we go through your Health History, which is an opportunity for me to fully understand you as a whole person, to map any inter-connectedness and work with you holistically. 

We’ll guide you using the 6Rs and co-create your health goals for the programme using the S.M.A.R.T framework ad Planner, to help you design actionable steps, so you know exactly what you’re working towards. 

4.

Follow Up Sessions

Include…

  • listening to your journey so far
  • exploring your progress, questions and relevant topics to support you
  • a ‘whole-person’ approach to co-creating 1-3 diet or lifestyle recommendations, which move you towards your goals, whilst creating your unique stress and lifestyle plan and adjusting as necessary
  • being held accountable to your goals and commitments, and given the support and guidance you’ll need to follow through. You’ll have unlimited email and whatsapp support between sessions, if you have any questions and/or need support.
  • using the S.M.A.R.T. goal concept to set, track and review goals. 
  • online drive support – session notes, customised and creative wellness exercises, supporting handouts, to create your own Wellness Toolbox.
  • plus sent recipes, videos, challenges, cheat sheets, podcasts, infographics and more, all based on your specific health goals.

5.

Final session

Time to celebrate all that you have achieved!

We review your unique Weekly Plan and  you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for the long term.

You’ll also receive an Completion Of Programme outlining all of your progress and successes to celebrate!
