Over the past few years I’ve become super interested in how so many of the wild flowers and greens that grow around our home, have incredible healing properties.

One in particular that’s caught my attention are dandelion flowers, a flowering plant native to Europe, Asia and America. These golden- yellow flowers grow everywhere and can be recognised along with their long jagged leaves, which you can also eat by the way! These often called weeds actually do so much more for us than just standing their all pretty.

Place petals in a tea egg or teapot with boiling water.
Steep for 5 minutes and pour into mugs. The flowers are quite sweet however adding a little sweetener can enhance the flavour!
