Lunch with Laura is a one-off 1 1/2hr personalised 1-2-1 hands-on Health & Kitchen coaching session tailored around your unique health and wellbeing goals, needs and desires. I listen intently to where you are now and where you want to be, and share with you how I can support you to create the healthy life you want.

This interactive coaching session will leave you feeling empowered, educated and motivated to integrate real wholefoods, daily stress management techniques and practical lifestyle shifts into your daily life. Not forgetting you’ll gain 3 personalised recipes for ultimate nutrition and a sneak peak into my own kitchen for some inspiration! Learn to live life on your own terms, and not by your cravings!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Before the session a health history form, entailing your current eating habits, lifestyle practices and health goals, will be sent to you which will need to be completed . This is a great opportunity for me to fully understand you as a whole person, to map any interconnectedness and work with you holistically.

During the session…
I will work with you to assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to co-create personalised recommendations for your specific goals.

  • You’ll be guided through an interactive exercise to gain clarity on your current and future vision.
  • You’ll get super super clear on one health goal and how to move forward.
  • We’ll batch prepare 3 recipes filled with delicious, nutrient dense, real wholefoods.
  • You’ll receive food, stress and lifestyle management tools and practices that will move you towards reaching your personal goals.
  • The session will end with a short breathwork to set you away feeling refreshed, calm yet energised.

After our session…

  • You’ll receive everything you covered in your own unique food and lifestyle plan
  • In addition, you’ll be given handouts to give your further insight into your health and to continue building healthy habits into your life, to support your lifestyle and behaviour change.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Coaching takes place via video coaching (zoom – it’s free for you to download). Coaching over video call is much like coaching in person, the only difference is that we’re talking through a screen rather than face to face! This method of coaching means you can work with me no matter where you live from the safety of your own home.
