I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied holistic nutrition, learnt practical lifestyle management techniques and practiced innovative and effective coaching methods. IIN gave me the education, practice and ability to help make long lasting changes not only in my health but in all of my client’s lives too.
To support the nutrition and hands-on side of my health coaching practice I’m an Advanced Certified Plant Based Chef from Matthew Kenney PlantLab Culinary School. I learnt and practiced hundreds of ways to create beautiful dishes using local, seasonal and sustainable produce, with the ultimate goal to retain it’s nutrient-density and health properties for our bodies to thrive.
My knowledge, qualifications and experience then grew completing an EQF Level 5 Professional Diploma in Advanced Principles of Nutrition and Certified as a Nutrition Adviser. My expertise means I can support and guide you through a wide range of health issues including digestive disorders, food intolerances, emotional wellbeing and overall lifestyle wellness.
Most recently I completed 16 hours Continued Professional Development in CBT Cognitive Bahavioural Therapy, where I learnt and applied how to master communication with yourself, eliminate your self-sabotaging behaviors, gain control over thoughts and emotions, remove barriers and emotional blocks and re-condition your mind for happiness.
In choosing a Health Coach registered with certain regulatory bodies you can be assured that the practitioner you are working with has all of the correct training and insurance. I work in line with the strict code of professional practice and requirements in the field of Health Coaching, including Continued Professional Development (CPD), and am a member of the UKHCA.
